    Old one. I tried it but lack of "undo" really sucks with this one. Anyway, here's probably the most famous line rider demo: Mountain Line Rider BTW, anyone can identify music in the video?

      For my implementation I think I will use a rubber ball that can bounce. Friction won't be used since it will be rolling. However if the ball hits too hard on a surface it will explode. There will also be a bottom. I want to create a score system too. Do you have any ideas how I could calculate the score?

      To keep it interesting for today's jaded youth I think you need some moving obstacles. Cute, lovable small animals randomly traversing the screen would be splattered by the bouncing ball, but merely crippled by a roller. Scoring could be a combination of kills and cripples, with bonus points for multiple hits on a bounce. Bunnies would be able to leap up to escape, but not always - obviously they'd score more than squirrels, which only stand up and stare at approaching deadly objects. Of course, crippled bunnies can't jump as well, so they'd score lower on a kill. A few turtles would be interesting, too. A ball landing on the very edge of the shell would send it caroming across the field of play, possibly making numerous kills or merely shearing the legs off other animals (counting only as maiming) in its passage. These points would accrue to the player whose ball struck the turtle. Slicing the legs off a game warden with a hurtling turtle would carry a large bonus. Kittens would score least of all, as they're inclined to chase the damned ball and get plowed under on the rebound. Not terribly bright, kittens, but we're not running out of them.

        I was thinking more like a velocity and time calculation for the score. Also if the ball explodes the score will be cut in half. The ball will be able to withstand 3 hard hits, on the 4th it will explode, and maybe delete some system files (just kidding).

                        Hey! I was doing the same! But I added some more thrills like putting a ring (of fire!) in between the curve and the distant line. btw, if the curve is too steep and ends abruptly, like the one I drew, the skateboard gets hurled off!
