    A friend just sent me a location of people swimming in Australia close to the Sydney Olympic games location. (Nothing crazy.) I'm impressed that Google can zoom in that close. I also see that most of them have shirts and shorts while swimming so I have to assume that it's because of the heat.

      You mean Sydney?

      No, it's for UV protection. We have serious sunlight down here and skin cancer is a killer. Google recently flew some planes over Sydney to get higher res shots. Those aren't satelitte pics you're looking at ;)

          Sydney Harbour, Texas?[^] ;P You can get 1/2 meter commercial sat satellite, but you can get 10 cm or better fixed-wing. In fact there are mapping UAV's operating almost 24hours all over the USA and various other countries. The land for fuel and maintenance, and then move-on. Expect lots more images from all over the world in both Google and other sources. :) In fact with so many images coming in, you're bound to see more of the Google voyeurs looking for those without the shorts and shirts... :rolleyes: as if they didn't see enough pixelated nudity in the sims, they are looking for them in Google also. :rolleyes:

                      Strange that no one has mentioned this earlier: Google Sightseeing[^]

                      Visual Studio can't evaluate this, can you? public object moo { __get { return moo; } __set { moo = value; } }
