There's no language such as Indian, Kyle. :)

      Cheers, Vikram.

I'll leave exactly why "you're married to my sister" or "I married your sister" are considered insults to the sociologists, but it can't say anything good about gender relations in his society.

This one is more like it, but in this context, "I b*nged your sister" is more accurate. It's a serious insult in a country where extramarital sex is still taboo.

That isn't Kyle, for sure. Because he/she/it speaks Hindi (with a whole lot of grammatical mistakes in that too). I think a non-Hindi speaking person would not be able to make up even this much of Hindi.

I think it's Kyle too. The Hindi abuse he pasted is not even coherent (based on what someone translated) and he might have copy/pasted it from some other forum or website. So I think John and all those other guys replying to Kyle's avatars are wasting their time and are merely serving to amuse Kyle. Kyle's basically having fun at their expense. :sigh:

I've seen Hindi movies where the heroines call the villains "saale". That doesn't seem to be much of an insult based on your explanation. Does it have other meanings too then?

mechanical's deleted message was a translation. obscene and incoherent is a good summary. Apparently the incoherence was in the original not the translation.

actually, given that I've seen a few stray English words in it, is there an online English to Hindi translator somewhere that the kidiot could be using? Kyle seems like too much of a slacker to manually translate something, and if he did, why would he leave some words in English? I could see him not bothering to closely examine output from babelfish easily enough though.

Looks like he copy/pasted it from some other online board.

Yeah, but it was nonsensical. Everyone thinks Ragu is Kyle. Either way, I got to exercise my acerbic nature, so in a way, I am in his debt. :)
