While SMSing your girlfriend ? You're on your own here, if you're doing it all the time, then you're making things hard for yourself.

Has someone asked you to change ? In what way do you propose to change ? Do you see ways in which you should change ?

First, what I am about to tell you is in no way a judgement on you or your employer. Second, I am only trying to give you an outsiders opinion (which is something that I have gotten here as well, not too long ago) Third, before you answer, think about what I am about to say. Don't answer hastily. You should take a few days off. Go somewhere, do not think about work. Leave work at home. If this is not possible, find a therapist. You are showing signs of a developing paranoia, and if you start to work on it now, it might be easy to help you. Yes, they could actually be persuing a plot to mob you out of there, but there are hundreds of explanations not involving a dagger stuck in your back. If you are not ready to do so, ask one of your colleagues if there are any sinister motives involved in their behaviour towards you. I am pretty sure there are not.

i think u should change because if people are not supporting and there is no motivation and praise for good work then any one will get depress and it is not good for ur personal development also so i will suggest u should change.

The people you work with, obviously think it's a problem. If you want them to treat you differently, then you should stop giving them reasons to criticise, even if you think they are wrong. And, if you want to be given different tasks at work, you need to prove you can do them, and you need to ask for them.

Well I think you should change your job....you could be wrong or the others could be .... but in any case...i think its better you change your job.. But then you may take this negative opportunity positively ... and see if that makes a difference May be you are more timid and presented yourself as a easily vulnerable laughingstock... better learn to deal with these people and boost your own self-confidence.... i m not suggesting any full scale harmful and unethical retaliation ... but if you let this happen to you ... you'll more likely do that in future...finally bad for both the parties one risky suggestion that works if you are efficient at your work: Yell at your boss ... he'll learn to respect you...

As long as it's in your break times, but certainly not whilst you are 'supposed' to be working.
