How incredible of a programmer do you have to be...

That brings back memories... it's not a computer at all. It's a mainframe terminal. It's a Hazeltine Model 1510 (maybe a 1520 - hard to tell). My Dad helped design the damn thing about 35 years ago.

My latest book : C++/CLI in Action / Amazon.com linkWell, you have to understand about the 70s. People just didn't look as good back then. This photo is from 1978-1982, and people just didn't look as good back then. I'm not sure what it was, maybe we are healthier now and have better makeup. But yeah, she's a dog... Do they still publish "BYTE" - it was a great mag for beginners as I remember?

Yes, makeup is better nowadays, but i have to disagree in terms of what looks better. While healthier IS better, what's trendy and fashonable today is well, unappealing IMO. But i'm referring to clothes and accessories. Roswell

Hey I program at a cancer center. A good 90% of the staff are women. We even have an ex-pro football cheerleader, she's the one that helps me hold my keyboard :)
Hot female programmers do exist, but as someone said... look for the adam's apple. Heheheeee....

Weeell, I dunno. I mean, the hardware seems to be somewhat outdated, and the workstation ergonomics are downright terrible. I assume that by "programmer" you *are* referring to the only person in the picture that seems to be doing something with a computer?
