Could someone post links to where this can be downloaded? Or is it for MSDN subscribers only?

Naturally. As it is now out of beta you are expected to pay for it.

It is only Team Suite that is available at the moment. It is downloading at about 180KB/sec but I do get bursts of upto 800.

Now steady at around 300KB/sec - Must be all thoese error pages preventing people starting a download. At least I'll be done quicker. (2 hours to complete)

In that case could someone post the MSDN link to it. My boss has an MSDN subscription but he can't find it. It is only available to US users, what about UK or Europe?

I'm in Scotland, Europe and I'm downloading it as we speak (well, technically type). Got 700Mb to go. Should be done in another half hour acording to the counter.

It is available world wide, but it is currently only the Team Suite edition that is available. (or it was when I started downloading)

I think it is to preserve their servers. From what I can tell the MSDN Subscriber Download site has collapsed and I'm glad I got in there before that happened. 11 minutes to go...

It's been up since Friday and no one noticed??? I am subscribed to quite a number of .NET related RSS feeds, and I saw the posters; but I cannot believe that the framework release would go unnoticed. OK, I'm downloading it now and will take a look at it.

It is available world wide, but it is currently only the Team Suite edition that is available. (or it was when I started downloading)

I'm downloading 2008 Pro right now :) I've been using the release candidate for a few weeks for full time development.  Very few problems for me on the C++ side.
