big organization, big Salary but no assigments, no responsibilities... there are lot of peoples around me but no real friends.... there are lot of pretty girls in my office but no special one in my life.... there's money in my pocket but don't spent it in the right way.... i stay up all night thinking what to do with my life.... i eat one time or two in a day ( a sandwich )... reduced food... Incredibly lonely....living in a foreign country... away from my parents... a feeling of complete failure deep down in my heart... loosing touch with the reality... Is there a way out?

What a piss ant whine. You are living good. I bet most of the planet wishes they were in your shoes. And about the women thang wait till you get married and you will look back at this as "the good ole days" Reminds me of the song Margarettaville about a guy in paradise whining about his situation.

Never asked a girl for a dinner in the last three years after I broke up with my college girl friend. I tried to contact her(X) few months ago then i got a mail from her boy friend saying "she is no more the person you are expecting her to be...". it's over completely.... ok I'll take courage and ask someone... thank you for your reply.

Then just go down to the pub, have a few beers and maybe even strike up a conversation with some locals, male or female.  Just get out of your house and in the same space as other people, even if you don't always, or at first, talk to them.  Just don't sit and get shit-faced all on your own.

I end up doing nothing... what you said seems to be a practical solution to the problem. probably a new place and a new job would do...I guess... Thank you...

You're welcome. :) Switch that job for a better one as soon as possible. Don't fall for it if they offer you more money or something. And remember, there will be those times in our life where pain will become unavoidable. But then, suffering is optional. :)

Yes, choose one of the pretty girls (preferrably based on IQ estimates, but random selection will do as well), sit her down next to you and teach her programming while offering to spend that extra money on her, flowers, jewelry, diamonds, ring. Before you know it, you won't have any more time to ponder such things, you will be always busy and your money always spent.

this is the best advice yet. Language lessons: teach you to win races, ski down steep slopes like the K12, and outrun angry black-leather clad paperboys, and get the girl. "Language lessons. Inspired words from a man who knows how to ski."

So, to summarise: you have good money you eat poorly you can't sleep you don't know anyone Sounds like you just need to get out more, start by finding somewhere you can buy a decent meal. And then, invite a girl, feed her too, things will be looking up in no time.

Wow. Work will always suck. But don't be depressed. Man up. I'm sorry about your situation. If I were you, I'd ask out some girls at work. Go to match.com or another site like that and put up a profile. Do you have any hobbies? I'm into brewing my own beer and have made friends at the homebrew club meetings. I also go out shooting guns with my coworkers somtimes, how fun is that!!! Reality sucks, so loosing touch with it won't hurt at all. Also, are you allowed to have pets where you live? I have two small dogs that keep me company. My one dog is 1/2 Japanese Chin and 1/2 Minature Poodle. She's the best companion ever! Not too mention that walking a cute dog is a great way to meet chicks. Call your parents, everyday if you need to. Also, are you religous? I'm not, but joining a church is a great way to make friends. Good luck and stay positive. Being happy is infectious... So is being depressed. People want to be around happy people. Also, Exercise always helps the mood improve.

I was there for 8 years and didnt' see a way out. Then one day I decided that I needed to be a man. I wasn't "trapped" like I thought I was - I could do anything that I wanted to do, so I grew some balls and started being more aggressive at life. Get out, take up hiking, talk to some girls. They like confidence! No one will walk up to you and offer to make life better, it will turn out however YOU make it. Now YOU have to decide what kind of life YOU will live. What country are you in by the way?
