I used to have this problem, then I just had them install in IV coffee drip and I'm getting WAY more done these days. Course, the side-effect of random voices in my head can sometimes get in my way. There are some open source random posts generators in the internet. I personally download one named “Deyan Georgiev v. 0.07”. It is decent small program with intuitive interface. You just need to chouse the level of your senesce of humor form 1 to 5, your IQ /1-220/ and to adjust the knowledge scale from junior up to super-puper – bombastic senior-developer-monster. After that, you need to attach the program to a Windows service and whenever you start your computer he starts to post in the Lounge. I set all of the options IQ, knowledge scale etc. to lowest possible level because of performance issues.
