I can't wait to watch this show. I find anything trashy to be incredibly funny (like GWB being president!). I can't see how this could be anything but degrading, but I guess we will find out. In my oppinion Clinton was and is a great guy. At least he had charisma (just ask his interns :)), something GWB could really use. Maybe Clinton missed his calling when he became president, I think he always should have been a talk show host. Ryan Johnston

Prior to that point, i'd had no interest in politics or politicians. I was a Republican by default - born the year Reagan was elected, comfortable with Bush as a slightly-more-cool Reagan (he didn't like broccoli & got to puke in Japan... i was 12, ok?). But Clinton wasn't a predictable, boring, aging, lying, eloquent, maintainer-of-the-status-quo. He was a predictable, boring-but-trying-to-look-hip, aging-and-fat-but-seemingly-oblivious-to-it, lying-but-in-sadly-blatant-ways, not-eloquent-but-trying-to-make-up-for-it-by-talking-even-more, bringer-in-of-scary-and-potentially-dangerous-new-policies. And there was also Al Gore. It just wasn't *right*. In hindsight though, as bad as Clinton was, he could have screwed things up even more, so we should probably cut him a bit of slack & let him have his talk show. Carter gets to build houses after all; Ex-Presidents need their little hobbies...

Just as an FYI - Shortly after he was out of office I was running through the airport in Pgh PA and came up to a small group of 20 or so people. They were crowded around Mr. Bill who was holding court. Literally made my skin crawl. Mike
