What do you author your help text in?

What system does your company use to write it's help text in? Is it any good?
my favorite is to write it in HTML, embed it as a resource, then display that HTML in a dialog box. it's much easier than fncking around with that crappy HTML Help Editor.

Notepad. I write HTML and then pass it through HTML Help.

Any text editor - we write in DocBook then convert that to HTML, PDF and CHM
Java, Basic, who cares - it's all a bunch of tree-hugging hippy cr*p
