            Notepad. I write HTML and then pass it through HTML Help.

                  Any text editor - we write in DocBook then convert that to HTML, PDF and CHM

                  Java, Basic, who cares - it's all a bunch of tree-hugging hippy cr*p

                    English. Takes a bit of time to get used to it, but seems to work OK
