    Well Do any of u have any Unconfortable/grudgy Rules in ur workplace... Well My friend always grudge abt her workplace becos they are not suppose to eat anything inside the cubicle or in office premise and so whenever she has to eat she has to do out and eat..Till now she didnt complain but since now she is pregnant :-D She feels more hungry and so she has to do lots of walking to get a bite of food ;P..I really feel pity of her...     Ethics and rules are two different things. I try to be a very ethical employee ( for exmample, I would not write a mag or CP article that exposes stuff proprietary to work ), but as far as rules go, where I work is pretty relaxed about things that don't matter for people who understand what does matter, and apply themselves to it. That's how it should be - we're skilled workers, not plumbers. Christian Hey, at least Logo had, at it's inception, a mechanical turtle.                           This is what we call CI , coorperate identity, or better coordinated insanity... We have white walls with nothing on it, and it's not allowed to put a callendar or sth. similar on it, every chair is in the company the same, and: these chairs are so f...ing bad X| and lots of these things, it's CI....:omg: But all in all I like it here anyway...!:-D

                              My bosses are also developers, and it's a young company. It rules. I took a pay cut to work there, and my last job was far from terrible, it was pretty darn good, too.                                           Got a digital camera? Come in early one morning, decorate your cube in all sorts of ways that break the rules. Then snap a picture, set the image to the background picture for your workstation, and return your cubicle to it's former undecorated state.
