Is there a letter before Alpha? I want to label a release as a pre-alpha and just wondered if there was some name I could give it besides pre-Alpha?

In documents, the first release is called "Rev -", then "Rev A"... or just call it "pre-alpha"

I think it's called a Proof of Concept or Prototype. A good symbol might be "?". Not sure how that translates into Greek. :)
