So I guess at CP does not ask programmers to write documents. Are you hiring? :)

What programming terms would you consider equivalent to foul language? For example: Legacy Code

Senior Developer with 3 years experience and contract rates that are less than full-time w/ benefits compensation but that is just me.

Need custom software developed? I do custom programming based primarily on MS tools with an emphasis on C# development and consulting. A man said to the universe: "Sir I exist!" "However," replied the universe, "The fact has not created in me A sense of obligation." --Stephen Crane

          1. Any code that uses disk files for temporary variable storage. It means speed is throttled by disk IO, which makes delayed write required, which threatens the entire system file system. 2. Yes: "Option base 1" is such a bad idea. 3. Any do-nothing wait loop without an abort mechanism: the HP/RMB BASIC "WAIT {seconds}" would stop the whole machine, including the display and IO while it did nothing. 4. Any compiler that allows uninitialized variables. Random values cause unpredictable behavior/crashes. 5. Any (real time/ ISR) code that will stack overflow if the CPU is too slow. ...etc

Really? I loved checked exceptions when I was programming in Java. I have the backing of at least one more highly-respected CPian. :)

Next you'll be wanting to drop the semicolon and case sensitivity.
