I've worked out some isometric exercies for upper body I can do while watching telly and combined that with some good walks, it's working for me.

I workout at they gym 4 days per week, either lifting weights or doing cardio. I also walk the dogs 5 / 7 days per week.

I didn't get any requirements for the signature

Rowing, 5+ times a week... when the weathers good that is, otherwise it's the gym.

3-4 times per week. cardio of some kind for no less than an hour. If I'm outside, this usually means jogging and/or running stairs (there is a school near me with a flighty of 50ish stairs up a hill). If in the gym, treadmill or eliptical... it works for me. lost about 50lbs in the last year (since I started the excercise) without much change in diet.

Since tearing my rotator cuff last year, little to none. While I was in a sling I walked a lot more, but the only exercise I did get from playing American Football, I couldn't do. Time to register with a gym!

Muay Thai and Combat Submission Wrestling 3x per week. I try to exercise 1 hour in the morning before work and 1 hour in the evening on the off days. Mostly barbell complexes and running. I would like to do more, but its hard to keep a job and raise a family when you are physically drained all day.

I walk and bike. My aim is to walk at least 7 miles a day or bike at least 25 miles a day. Some days I get more, some days I get less and some days I get none.
