    Muay Thai and Combat Submission Wrestling 3x per week. I try to exercise 1 hour in the morning before work and 1 hour in the evening on the off days. Mostly barbell complexes and running. I would like to do more, but its hard to keep a job and raise a family when you are physically drained all day.

      I walk and bike. My aim is to walk at least 7 miles a day or bike at least 25 miles a day. Some days I get more, some days I get less and some days I get none.

              Since tearing my rotator cuff last year, little to none. While I was in a sling I walked a lot more, but the only exercise I did get from playing American Football, I couldn't do. Time to register with a gym!

                              When I have access to a good gym I have the following routine: Every Other Day: Weight Lifting for Major Muscle Groups The Other Days: Treadmill for an hour When I just have access to a treadmill I will use the treadmill every day for about one to two hours. I prefer two but one is hard sometimes with other time constraints. My special rule is that I can always skip a formal workout for an informal one. Ie, I can skip the treadmill for an opportunity at Tennis one day. The important part is being physically active for a portion of the day.

                                    I do some running and a lot of high intensity interval based workouts at home, similar to cross fit. I've built a bit of equipment over the past couple of years, sandbags, rings, kettle bells and the like. I just put in a pullup bar as a birthday present for my wife over the weekend.

                                        Yep. Sometimes I wish there was a language without curly braces and semicolons that would not require parentheses for each if and for statement. Something simple and beautiful that would look like:

                                        Private Sub Form_Load()
                                        MsgBox "Hello, World!"
                                        End Sub
