I love Venice Beach. I remember sitting in the cafe/bar next to a bookshop watching the sunset as a semi-naked guy played on a blue piano on the sand as unicyclists wended their way around. I thought, Only Here could I see this and think it normal! :)

The film "I am Legend" is a rip from "The Omega Man" starring Charlton Heston, he didn't look black either, but as an interesting aside... This was the first American film in which a White Man kissed and Black Woman in a sexual manner! (as opposed to a polite peck).
