          You stole my post! I was going to say this! I heard it in “Band of Brothers”.

              Words of advice. Wear one of these[^]. When I did mine (a three-jump deal), on the first jump my most valuable possessions got caught under the straps that pass between your legs. Didn't see a thing on the way down due to tears in my eyes. Told instructor, he said straps needed to be tighter. Second jump, straps so tight that I was bent double, I waddled to the plane like a duck. Jewels still got trapped, still saw nothing. Third jump, didn't think it possible but straps even tighter, had to get to plane by walking on hands. Still saw nothing on the way down because I didn't jump in spite of being dragged toward the door with my nails screeching down the fuselage like a Tom'n'Jerry cartoon. I was seriously in so much pain by this stage that I wimped out. Don't let me put you off though. :-D Enjoy your day. Just make sure you have all the right gear.

                      No, but I spent some time in Istambul with Stephen Fry. He really enjoyed it and I was glad to see Fry's Turkish Delight.
