    Most of the profiles I visited on this site are flagged as United States, also this is a Canadian site. May be I am wrong. Am i?

      It defaults to the US, so this is not a good indication.

        Most of the members just signed up so they can download the code that goes with articles.

                                Looking at the followup question (best time for site maintenance), I think the OP just wanted to know the geographical location of the users, not their nationality.

                                Watched code never compiles.
