Does anybody (directed to the folks at CP) know of the geographic distribution of the 8 million members in CP?

About 50 are here on planet earth. The rest, is anybody's guess.

Not necessarily, the actual time would be around 3-4 am nearest the most dense user area. I don't think we have anybody in the Pacific.

An interesting question, Mehdi, and I would also be curious about how many site members are expatriates living/working outside their country of birth. best, Bill (expatriate from the U$A aka MallBurgerLand)

I was just wondering if CP needed to go down for maintenance, what would be an appropriate time based on the users geolocation and for how long that window would be open.

The weekends for serious downtime, after 10PM GMT otherwise. How long? How long's a piece of string? (though in practice, usually as long as it takes for the real screaming to start, and then a minute or so after that)
