Sorry to hear that, man! Sounds like you really miss them. That's gotta blow. My sincere condolences! My dad drank himself to death about 18 years ago (he was found on the bathroom floor in a puddle of puked-up blood). Even though we were the exact opposite of close, I was sad to see him go in such a manner. So, careful with the drink! OT: "Elephanting" -- what's that mean in this context?

Euphemisms. Elephant - F**k Therefore Elephanting - F**king Sunshine - C**t (aka Lady Garden, Front Bottom, Site of Special Scientific Interest etc).

It's the first few minutes of Friday morning here in the best part of the world. ...my Mother died of Melanoma at the age of 40. With my little Sister dying of the same thing 7 years 8 months later at 28 I'm not a happy boy. So after work tomorrow and the drive back home from Canberra I'm going to smash a large chunk of Bundy Rum and whatever top shelf beer I buy. Elephanting sunshine of a life, I expect to post something angry and drunk in 18 to 20 hours from now.

Some things cannot be solved, like missing a loved one. Don't tell people to look for solutions if they're looking for something to ease the pain, unless you want them to teach you the difference.

I do miss them, thanks for the kind words. My dad was an alcoholic and a sunshine, he died in 2003 and except for him needing to be around for the creation of my sister and I he could have been still born and the world would have been a better place. I'll drink a buttload as I always do, but alcohol will never kill me.

I see that Dave has already given you a translation, but not the context. I was banned a few weeks ago when ranting about a skank tennis player abd saying I hope she got raped by an Elephant. So that kind of explains how the translation works. Sunshine is by a BBC weatherman a few days/weeks ago. While reading the weather he some how said cunt when it should have been sunshine, so we've jumped all over that in a big way.

I'll be drinking at home, so no need to drive, never been stupid enough to drive anytime I have been to the pub. Hope that prick copped a big dose prison time.

Will do Josh. We'll have to organise a coffee sooner rather than later, I'll even come over to your yuppie neck of the woods.

Elephanting sunshine c word took my mother at 67 a year and 4 months ago. Elephanting sunshine c word made me think of my dad's prostate last summer but that was a false alarm (for now). Being an only child I can only imagine what it would be like for a sibling and at your sister's age my imagination tells me it's something it can't understand. Having a beer for you now, and a thought for your mother and sister's memory. :rose:
