First of all there is a huge mismatch between Windows 7 and VS 2012. I can get over it by hiding the task bar. but still those progress bars are from Windows 7 UI. Code editor windows looks nice and clean. But overall it is way to simple, it is very hard to distinguish toolbar windows, actual toolbar and main coding windows. To open a file, first I have to find the solution explorer, and even if I manage to find it, I cant find the file inside it. In 'Light' theme it looks like a fullscreen notepad with lot of texts in it, and on 'Dark' theme it looks like a photoshop without image in it. This is nuts! They need to add some colors and contras to this. And if you are using Express Editions, now you have to install 4 different products. it's like Microsoft Marketing is doing you the favor 4 times (...someone is counting the obligations) 4 TIMES! And if you decide to use Windows Azure with Visual Studio 2010, then they will insert some Metro UI elements in VS 2010, so this whole thing is becoming an awful burrito. They are messing with my OCD! ...and finally Team Foundation Server Express, this is nice but I have spent way too much time in Mercurial setup/configuration (Yes, it was a headache to setup centralized web based repository). so I havent decided yet for TFS switch.

You mean you install it for each language? Well, it's a free product, so yes, that's possible. OTOH, you could buy the complete thing and be done after a single install.

Really? I thought they got rid of the per-language versions, so now there's just a VS Express for Windows, Web, and Mobile...
