        Until they can genetically engineer some kind of animal that can give us Bacon and Gammon and Ham and Pork and Crackling I will stick to the old fashioned method!

                                Welcome to 2010. Back here in 2012, there was supposed to be a lab-grown piece of meat of useful size in October, but the last time I heard about it was in February. Perhaps it didn't work out.
