Unfortunately, the Germans are right, that's exactly what the British are like on holiday. I saw three British girls, skirts up, knickers down, bent over with their butts pressed up against the inside of a huge bar window facing right onto the street, at 3 in the afternoon, in Turkey. It wasn't a pretty sight, particularly as they were all a god 20 kilos overweight. :omg: (Well, I say British, lets narrow that down to Northern British.)

Well he is an arcane old relic. Presumably he still believes Ireland is part of Britain. ;P Also 'indigenous Britain' is a very fuzzy term. He can twist it to mean whatever is appropriate for the context.

Because it's on the Morris Dancer application form: "Are you circumcised?" Answering "Yes" is an automatic rejection, because you have to be a complete pr*ck to be a Morris Dancer.

As a Brit, the behaviour of some of my compatriots "out foreign" is the second most embarrassing thing I feel. The most embarrassing is the (thankfully now quite rare) Rover 75.

No - my teachers drove them ;-) The thing is that back in the 70s/early 80s all cars were pretty bad. By the time the Rover 75 came along the rest of the world had moved out of that phase.
