5、 有实际PHP开发项目经验；

7、 熟悉subversion或SourceTree;良好的代码风格；
8、 能在一个项目中独立完成的能力，会较合理评估出一个项目在服务器后台工作量。有以下条件更佳：
1、 mysql 语句优化,高并发数据访问处理;
2、 有服务器后台优化经验：如应用缓存技术如memcache或redis;
3、 有分布式系统技术框构经验;

- Familiar with the process of developing web2.0, knowing about http Protocol;
- Familiar with the environment of LAMP, ThinkPHP framework or knowing about zend framework;
- Familiar with Html,JS;
- Familiar with OS, like CMS and wordpress, those who know about OS program, like joomla and magento, will be preferred.
- Experience at developing PHP program;
- Experience at developing the third platform application interactive interface, such as mobile application interactive interface;
- Familiar with subversion or SoureTree, good coding style;
- Ability to independently finish tasks in a project and reasonably assess the server backstage workload of a project;
Those with following experience will be preferred:
1: Optimize mysql statement and process high-load data access;
2: Experience at optimizing sever backstage, like memcache or redis in application caching techniques;
3: Experience at framing distributing system techniques;
