      There is now a putt-putt golf course running through the forest of cubes here. My cube now sits on the end of the 6th hole. :sigh: Why must they do this shit whilst I have a production problem to fix?

        That was some poor neighborhood planning. Usually, the houses are beside the golf course.

                          Production problems are a "drop everything and fix it now" kind of thing. People can't do their primary jobs, systems down ... Other problems, like a piece of software won't install on a machine, can wait.

                          With 40 years of development experience and 25 in server side development I know what the term means. When I work, I work. So if someone was winging golf balls into my cube every couple of minutes the nature of the work would not matter.
