    I just saw this bullshit

Correct. Like I'm incapable of policing my government when they kill refugees, or Catholics when they rape children. So what?

Tawhidi is not a Muslim, let alone an Imam. He's a dumb bigot. The simple fact is. you're totally wrong. The guy running the local kebab store does not need to control or apologise for ISIS. If he's not ISIS, he has every right to follow his peaceful brand of Islam in peace

You are a Sunni muslim arent you? There is no other reason you would hate a Shia Imam. That explains everything. When did you convert and what made you?

Distance, not altitude. Also a lot less atmosphere, caused by the solar winds. If Venus did not have some magnetic field, it would have been stripped too.

Hey Mike. I remember you being right wing enough to buy in to the Trump kool aide. How have you been? What's interesting to me about the right is that they either are stupid, or they are too dishonest to correctly state my views. I presume you're merely misinformed, so I'll clarify for you. AGW and it's harm on the earth is visible today. It's easy to see. But, either way, smart people believe experts over Alan Jones I believe there's been one incident of planes in buildings, over a decade ago. Either way, I've never met a person who suggests that Islamic terrorists are 'misunderstood angels', that's an example of the simple mindedness of the right. The Muslims must all be good, or all bad. The world can't have nuance. That's too confusing. Yes, refugees do have a right to live and a right to cross borders IF the country signed the refugee convention, they immediately present themselves to authorities and submit to processing, and prove their claims. This is in fact international law.

...and I remember you being arrogant enough that you accuse anyone who doesn't believe the same exact crap as you of being stupid or lying. How have you been? ;P That being said I haven't drank the Trump "kool-aid". He's arrogant, bombastic and likes to exaggerate A LOT. I disagree with some of his policies. On the other hand, I agree with many of his policies and prefer him over Obama, Clinton or any of the current crop of leftist candidates.

Ummm... I wasn't stating your views - I was pointing out the opinions of some people on the fringe of a political view and presenting them as if everyone with that political view believed them. Just like you were doing...

You need to get out more. I see plenty of people making excuses for all manner of atrocities.

There is more to it than that. Being poor does not make someone a refugee. Refugees don't get to cross multiple borders (passing through perfectly good countries) to get to their preferred destination.

Venus has a surface temperature of about 450 C It has a very slow rotation, about 80 earth days long. During that time the surface temperature does not vary. NOw what does that tell you about the surface temperature being driven by the greenhouse effect which starts with the surface being heated by the sun?

It's not that it is less dangerous when travelling through a vacuum :) Earth has a decent magnetic field to not be stripped of atmosphere too much. Venus does something weird why it is mostly protected from the solar radiation. Mars is too small, but most of its atmosphere has been stripped away by the solar radiation.

I'm not a scientist, just a fan of the scientific approach. "In 1967, Venera 4 found Venus's magnetic field to be much weaker than that of Earth. This magnetic field is induced by an interaction between the ionosphere and the solar wind,[88][89] rather than by an internal dynamo as in the Earth's core. Venus's small induced magnetosphere provides negligible protection to the atmosphere against cosmic radiation. " Wikipedia.
