We've got that here in the US also. A colleague of my SO sends out with her emails her pronouns, she wishes to be addressed. Aside: I may be guilty of addressing her incorrectly, I haven't seen, only heard of her pronouns.

Germany here... yes. It is :doh: :doh: :doh: :sigh: :sigh: :sigh: Most of the people I know neither support it. I always say the same, in the nature there are only 3 genders. Male, Female and Hermaphrodite (!= Transsexual). All other things are sexual orientations. Everyone can have fun (or not have anything) with whoever / whatever they want. I do respect them, as long they don't come with that bullsh1t.
