      Today I learned or is it learnt aluminium is a valid spelling and pronunciation even though this editor software disagrees. "I must have had lessons." - Reverend Jim Ignatowski / Christopher Lloyd

                          In India, it is Aluminium, and is pronounced so. This is likely to be as in Britain. However, when i went to the US, about 20 years ago, saw the spelling as Aluminum, and even the pronunciation so.
