Following on from WiB's thread below - where are you from, and where are you currently living / working? Perhaps this will help with some travel / CPian get-together ideas  I'll start: I'm South African, from the Mpumalanga Lowveld (think Kruger Park, Blyde River Canyon) and am currently living in England on the outskirts of London, while working in Kent.

I'm living in Lexington, Kentucky, USA, (properly pronounced, "Kaaaintucky"). Wasn't born here, but I'm pretty much "from" here. Did a stint for a few years in New Hampshire and Vermont before moving back here. "When a man sits with a pretty girl for an hour, it seems like a minute. I am Swedish speaking living, working and studying in Finland, Helsinki. I live in a house on the country with fields and forests outside my door. Any CPian arriving at the Helsinki airport should contact me and I will arrange with accommodation, recreation and guided tours around south of Finland. jhaga --------------------------------- I have discovered that all human evil comes from this, man's being unable to sit still in a room. I was born and raised in Sweden and I still work and live there. The city of Karlstad to be specific. This is Sweden[^]. If you click the map you can read more about it. You can find the location of Karlstad here[^]. Karlstad is located south east of Oslo, and West of Stockholm, north of the big lake (Vänern). You can find official information about Karlstad here[^].

I've been living in South Carolina for about 11 years now, I've lived in Connecticut and NY prior to that. I'm just over 2 metres tall, love long walks on the beach, and romantic candlelight dinners. .... I work in Spartanburg,Sc. Which is sort of like Greenville's blue collar cousin. No argument there, although the Corvette museum is pretty nice. :) "When a man sits with a pretty girl for an hour, it seems like a minute. But let him sit on a hot stove for a minute and it's longer than any hour. That's relativity." - Albert Einstein

Nice town. I spent a day and night there about 2 years ago. I took a tour through the Semperoper, and walked through Residenzschloss (I think). It is right next to the Opera house. I wish I had more time to see more. BW "In a world full of people, only some want to fly,Isn't that crazy?" - Seal
