          There are plenty of rest stops, but they're usually closed for maintenance. I think there's another side to this story...               This is a 'byproduct' of deregulation of the interstate shipping industry. Competition has grown so fierce that truck drivers can't afford the lost miles or time for a ten minute pee stop. X|

                  This is where DNA testing would be nice... it would then be trivial to track down who does it and fine them accordingly. No single raindrop believes that it is responsible for the flood.

                                  I found the rest stops in the US, though strongly depending on the state, mostly very comfortable, and adequately spaced. Texas was cool.

                                          Let's see. 6.4 billion people, times 6 Gb per person, yields 38.4 million terabytes of information to be searched. This is to figure out who pissed in a 13 cent milk jug... :doh:
