This is where DNA testing would be nice... it would then be trivial to track down who does it and fine them accordingly. No single raindrop believes that it is responsible for the flood.

I bet if we tried hard enough, we can also blame that on deregulation. Tim Smith I'm going to patent thought. I have yet to see any prior art.

If the street gets so littered it looks ugly, build a new one a few kilometers beside it.

I found the rest stops in the US, though strongly depending on the state, mostly very comfortable, and adequately spaced. Texas was cool.

I guess this means the authorities are going to start cracking down on my blackmarket disposable urine container business. They're always out to get the little guy. ------------------------------------------ Law of Nazi Analogies: As an online discussion grows longer, the probability of a comparison involving Nazis or Hitler approaches one. In any debate, Hitler's opinion on the subject is automatically the evil one, so it had better be contrary to the side you're arguing.

Let's see. 6.4 billion people, times 6 Gb per person, yields 38.4 million terabytes of information to be searched. This is to figure out who pissed in a 13 cent milk jug...
