Direct link, cached if the current page has changed (or the site no longer exists). I don't like keyword highlighting myself, as it's too visually distracting. You usually end up with something that looks like this:

Direct link. Unless the site is broken...at which point I want Google's cache.

Reason is that it helps to pick out the part of the document that I need to focus on quickly....yes, I could do the Ctrl+F thing, and then search for the keyword that am looking for, but find that a quick scroll, then read the appropriate bit is much simpler....
