If on the jury I would find the guy seeking $$ guilty of causing the injury to be permanent. We are talking minutes here, not trying to hid anything. Accidents do happen. So you have never had an accident or made any mistakes? I do not mind getting old. It beats all the other options that can think of.

None to that extent no... :omg: Clumsy, careless people...I just can't sympathize with...it's their bodies...if they can't be more careful or care not to be...I can't be bothered to care either I guess... He refused to give it to the shop's owner, and refused to give it to a doctor who was treating Fizer, who accidentally stuck his hand in a mixing machine and had his right index finger lopped off at the first knuckle. A careless world??? :) I think i'll accidently stick a fork in the light socket :-> and then sue GE or some manufactuer of light bulbs... Thats pretty gross to find a finger in ice cream...I wouldn't be to willing to give it back either... 1) A finger shouldn't be in my food 2) Ice cream maker should have shut everything down immediately and found the finger 3) Ice cream boy should be more careful next time...his finger NOT mine... 4) I'd want a big money lawsuit too... Maybe i'm just inhumane...but i'm siding with the guy after big money :) Just my 2 cents It's frustrating being a genius and living the life of a moron!!!

If the finger finder can sue for finding the finger, the finger loser should sue the finger finder for theft of finger...after all the loser did not sell or give the tip away... Steve

I did not think the sig is part of the message. I just wanted to point out that sometimes the signature could be misread for a grave message like this one, but don't get me wrong, there is nothing personal here, I have my full respect for Tom (with a collection of his books to prove that :). Correct me if I am wrong or blame it on the fact that English is not my mother tongue but I think 'Cheers' sounds like a toast to celebrate something. It was on TV a couple of weeks ago. I just saw the trailers and that was enough to re-enforce my dislike for McDonald's, Burger King and the like.
