Sad to hear that. I like the idea of Firefox being an independent web browser, but things like this make it hard to take seriously. Our Forgotten Astronomy | Object Oriented Programming with C++

I hate to inform you, but when it comes to 4K TVs, 55" is kinda entry-level. I've paid more in years gone by for much smaller monitors, and they had nowhere near the resolution of what you can get today.

While we are more than willing to help those that are stuck, that doesn't mean that we are here to do it all for you! We can't do all the work, you are either getting paid for this, or it's part of your grades and it wouldn't be at all fair for us to do it all for you. So we need you to do the work, and we will help you when you get stuck. That doesn't mean we will give you a step by step solution you can hand in! Start by explaining where you are at the moment, and what the next step in the process is. Then tell us what you have tried to get that next step working, and what happened when you did. If you are having problems getting started at all, then this may help: How to Write Code to Solve a Problem, A Beginner's Guide[^] Even if we did do your homework for you - which we don't - this would be very much the wrong place to post this! Nobody here is going to do your homework for you, even if you do manage to find the correct forum for the language you've been told to use. "These people looked deep within my soul and assigned me a number based on the order in which I joined." - Homer

But I am not using Start 10 when I double-click directly on msedge.exe in Explorer. That could only happen if Start 10 was somehow hooking Explorer, which I sincerely doubt. Our Forgotten Astronomy | Object Oriented Programming with C++

Either some of those benchmarks aren't being reported correctly, or the compiler has optimized the inner loop into a no-op. Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful? --Zachris Topelius

Stupid world we live in now, with stupid kiddies coding for our appliances making them question what they identify as. :-D I was disgusted that my new "smart" samsung uwave can't auto adjust to dst. I guess I should count my blessings.

I suspect it uses the same drivers as the main OS. But the fact that without the sandbox it works and with it the screen is screwed leaves a big puzzle in my mind. Our Forgotten Astronomy | Object Oriented Programming with C++

public void displayCustomerDetails(Address address) { System.out.println("Displaying customer details \n***************************"); System.out.println("Customer Obj: " + this); // same as this.toString() System.out.println("Customer Id : " + customerId); //can also use this.customerid If you add the line above you will see something like: Customer@4645 Another approach would be to add a printDetails() method to the Address class and then you could call … getAddress().printDetails() …

That was one of my first Fortran assignments back up in 82 or 83! Back then their approach to teaching software development was sort of like “Here’s a dictionary- now write a novel!” Don’t know that it has changed much (aside from the Fortran part!). If you can't laugh at yourself - ask me and I will do it for you.

As witnessed by the plethora of absolutely stupid ads in the SuperBowl last night. Don't watch hardly any football, but went to my uncle's yesterday and saw it. God, they have become dumb!!! When I was a kid the ads were amazing and funny. Somehow it became a race to the bottom. Our Forgotten Astronomy | Object Oriented Programming with C++
