There is some years since I last made a real website and I have lost touch with the tools of the trade. I tried out some Ruby and liked it, I have seen many ASP.NET sites that works well, PHP and Perl I have used a lot. I am reading up on Ajax and there are many new techniques to learn. It would be interesting to know the toolbox of programs and frameworks that people here use. So what do you use, Fireworks, Dreamweaver, Visual Studio, Ruby on Rails? jhaga
Everybody wants to get admission in reputed institution, but it is not always possible. But other than reputed colleges there are many good colleges across India. Those colleges also play an important role in building up career. So we have come up with the site www.collegesearch.in which will help you not only search for the colleges but also build up your career.

I don't really work with websites a whole lot, but when needed, I use VS 2003/2005, same as Jon. Also, I'm planning to start a test project for myself with Silverlight, it seems cool. For web graphics, I haven't found anything better than Fireworks. I loved version 8, but it doesnt work with Vista (or, rather, turns off Aero, works almost fine otherwise(aside from some weirdness in rendering some tool windows)). But then again, I', probably biased, as I havent tried anything else besides VS203/2005 and Notepad:laugh::-D
