And yet that was a statistic sent out by the US gov't. It appears some illegals DO pay social security with fake papers. You going to address the rest of it, or do I assume you realize I was right?

If I have accidentally said something witty, smart, or correct, it is purely by mistake and I apologize for it.

Which works, as you aren't going to get audited for paying taxes and not claiming them. And they don't want the audit attention. Where as the magical welfare anchoring crotch bursters(also known as children) who are most likely tossed out of the country due to their parent's status seems to be complete bunk.

And where exactly are they getting total welfare?

They either come up here to have a baby, and they get free healthcare, foodstamps, social secuirty, housing, and utilities. Some get Matricula Consular cards to sign up for utilites, they don't pay, and when the service is shut off they get a new Matricula Consular card and do it all over again.

You're grossly generalizing this entire thing. It's idiots like you that anger people to going about dealing with this in the entirely wrong way.

Due process requires a legal arrest. Legal arrests require probable cause. Being brown is not probable cause.

Then how exactly are they getting welfare again? I can come up with a few ways to scam mostly private charities into getting food from them without ID, but I live in an area were our immigrant 'problem' is canadian.

Here is the law. For any lawful contact made by a law enforcement official or agency of this state or a county, city, town or other political subdivision of this state where reasonable suspicion exists that the person is an alien who is unlawfully present in the United States, a reasonable attempt shall be made, when practicable, to determine the immigration status of the person. Nowhere does it say that being "brown" is acceptable as probably cause. Notice how it only applies to any lawful contact with law enforcement.

By the definition of that law, there is NO reasonable suspicion. Unless they speak something other than English. Which would be, you know, brown people. Lawful contact can be initiated at any time by law enforcement officers. "He was doing 51 in a 50 zone." "He was behaving suspicious." "He turned around and walked away when he saw me coming." "He was driving a vehicle well above what he should have." I was pulled over for 2 of those. My hispanic name meant I got to spend an hour next to my father's Porsche getting angrier and angrier at a cop fishing for some reason to tear apart the car looking for drugs. Don't even try to tell me cops won't abuse this.

So what exactly does lawful contact mean than? I pulled out a law dictionary and can't find it anywhere. Piecing the two words together would mean any contact by law enforcement that wasn't prohibited by law. So when my friend, who was black, got stopped by the cops on the street after work on the way to his car, in a suit because they were supposedly looking for someone who fit his description. They would be allowed to ask for his papers. It will be ironic if at some point, if this law doesn't get struck down in court, that a Latino cop gets stopped by State PD or vice versus. It will certainly have a chilling effect on getting crimes being solved if witnesses won't come forward.

They have to obey the same laws we do here, and they need to get the hell out because they are here illegally, taking people's paychecks, and rioting! They are not citizens of America, they are citizens of Mexico, they don't give a fuck about rights, rights to them is access to welfare. When it comes to other people's rights, they beat the shit out of you and riot.

I've lived across the street from a good cop and they have a tough enough time enforcing the existing laws. They don't need this to do their job. If anything it's going to make things worse. Arizona is going to find itself a host of fewer traveling business. They can certainly pass any crazy f***ed up law they want but the rest of the country as well as their fellow citizens will punish them for it also exercising their rights.

Hi. You are against cops pulling people over and acting like dicks. But if they might be illegals, that is okay. Because they are taking our paychecks and rioting! Even though most of those protesters were Americans. In fact I'd hazard to say ALL of those protestors were Americans. You say they want welfare, even though applying gets them deported. But they are doing blatently illegal acts which would get them thrown in jail and then deported... But we should find all of them, round them up and throw them out. So should we do door to door searches for papers? That would work. And if someone can't prove they are a citizen, we should toss them. I'm sure that will go over well. So where are you at on this? You for the police state, against it, for immigration, against it? What, cause I am confused.

If I have accidentally said something witty, smart, or correct, it is purely by mistake and I apologize for it.

They are criminals, and after due process of law they will be treated like criminals. Thank God for Arizona.

CHARGE!! In the direction of someone who hasn't blown your argument to bits on the crux of human decency, legal reality and basic logic.

I have to note, if I was a cop every teenager in a BMW or better would know me by name if I could get away with this excuse. Which is one of the many reasons I'm not a cop.

They do it to citizens but not to the illegals. That is discrimination.

Link[^] Imagine the uproar if 200 Tea Party members had gone on a rampage through a downtown city, smashing windows, starting fires, and spraying graffiti everywhere, the corporate media would be all over it, and yet gangs of pro-illegal immigration demonstrators do this and much worse on a regular basis, with no national news coverage whatsoever. An Associated Press report states that eighteen businesses were damaged as pro-immigrants rights activists engaged in violent riots, spraying graffiti, smashing windows, setting fire to shop fronts, and causing damage to a cost of up to $100,000 dollars. The riot followed the announcement that pro-amnesty demonstrators would march across the country on May 1st, which is also a date on which socialists rally worldwide to celebrate Communism, euphemistically labeled “International Workers Day” by the media. These people are being used as a political weapon. They allow them to come up here by the millions, they have ancor babies so that they can stay here and get free healthcare, foodstamps, electricity, and housing all payed for by tax paying citizens. This gets them dependant on the government, so they will support the government (particularly the democrats). They also bring in most of the drugs from mexico. That is why these criminals are allowed to riot, if a tea party turned into a riot SWAT teams would be on them like you wouldn't believe, and it would be on the news 24x7. The news would be going on and on about radical militias and homegrown terrorism, and they would show pictures of misspelled signs of their infiltrators and provocateurs.
