All those Nigerian scams and yet he's more popular than an Indian. That must hurt a bit

At my old job, we had an Indian ringer that would basically rat out all the BS resumes, BS education histories, and BS employment history. It's pretty easy to cut through most resumes from Indians when they claim to have been a team lead or a manager, yet can't pass half the simple technical questions. You can usually use Google and a couple of phone calls to uncover the manure pile. I'm not saying Indians can't be great employees, many were. We were just flooded with completely fraudelant resumes from citizens of that country.

Most Indians I've met around here are worried about what you just said, I agree a large percentage have totally bogus resumes but there's an equally high number of highly talented Indians! The problem is the bad apples tend to muck it up for all others :( . (I'm of course in the latter group ;P )

Yeah a lot of Indians are quite nervous about hiring other Indians, and are particularly distrustful of boosted resumes. :)

So, on reaching the end of a job interview, the Human Resources Person asked a young engineer who was fresh out of MIT, "What starting salary were you thinking about?" The Engineer said, "In the neighborhood of $125,000 a year, depending on the benefits package." The interviewer said, "Well, what would you say to a package of 5 weeks vacation, 14 paid holidays, full medical and dental, company matching retirement fund to 50% of salary, and a company car leased every 2 years - say, a red Corvette?" ...The Engineer sat up straight and said, "Wow! Are you kidding?" The interviewer replied, "Yeah, but you started it."

My CEO cleared 15.5 million last year. I could only dream of making that in a life time via winning the Lottery.

Your CEO is not fresh out of MIT. If money was your prime motivator then you are in the wrong forum, people here like to spend money, making money is called work.
