What is the worst thing you have done to your Valentine on this day of spending hard earned cash? For me, I have been married for 12 years. Those first few years were tight on the money. We even rolled spare change to buy food. But that first year, I bought my first PC (on credit of course). The weekend before Valentine's day, I decided to buy a modem which left me with about 75 cents to my name which went to buying a card. Little did I know that my wife splurged and bought everything from a huge blow up heart to pounds of candy. And when she saw that all I had was a card, it was not pretty. I should say that the blow up heart no longer holds air. A lesson learned. Todd

After 12 years you (and she) should know better. :|

Not all women are heartless monsters. I am looking forward to having my head ripped off and turned into mush tonight. Things are not going well between me and her (3.5 years of hell). I have been told I don't have to get her anything, which means of course that she's expecting the world. Plus I have taken monday of so I can get the car fixed, but she thinks its so we can go shopping and get her a big present! As if she hasn't put me into too much debt already! arrrggghhhh! All she's going to get is a card, and maybe a hug (were not on terms any better than that at the moment). Oh well, thats enough about my sad sad sad sad sad sad (for (int i = 0 ; i< 100000000 ; i++) sad;) little life. Roger Allen Sonork 100.10016 Were you different as a kid? Todd

Way back when I was at school, I ditched my girlfriend on Valentines day. It was only when I got home from school later that day, that I found the half-dozen Valentine cards from her that the postman had failed to deliver before I left the house... X| The best valentines day was a couple of years ago when my wife told me she was pregnant :-D:)
