I'd love to work in an office that had "T.E.A.M." printed on A3 sheets on the bosses' office glass wall. I do very much hope they've used that acronym to make some profound comment on the nature of working collaboratively. (I think I would go with "Treat Everyone As Morons")

Rearrange them to "M.A.T.E."
You'll never get very far if all you do is follow instructions.
