...ever typed 'clear' in a Windows Console to clear the screen, and simply got an error? I just compiled a 'clear.exe' executable with MinGW-w64, and I will share it if anyone wants it (I use Msys2 and Linux quite a bit, and I often type clear in a cmd.exe instance)

Interesting. Makes me wonder what it's like to work as a software developer without even being able to remember such a short and simple command. Guess that Google is not only your friend, but your BEST friend forever??? :confused:

The only thing I do with a Windows Console is wondering why we still use it... And it seems like a trend, MongoDB, Node.js, npm, Bower... They all need that stinking console! I prefer spending my time doing useful stuff instead of looking up and memorizing all kinds of commands and copy-pasting long paths and file names from my browser to my console (which doesn't even work with ctrl v!)...
