Is it just me, or is anyone else starting to get sick and tired of the war? Sure, it's an important event which should be monitored and viewed by the public. But it has gone a little bit overboard it seems. The news media, day to day conversations, CP, pretty much everything is saturated with war, coalitions and Iraq. It feels like every morning is monday morning. Has the world ground to a full stop or what? I'm depressed. :| -- Tune your mind, reach inside, peel away Touch, Taste, Feel, Saturation

I stopped to be as news addict as before when this war began. Too much noise, too many mediatic operations, too many manipulations whatever the side. With this restriction, war time is more "bearable" (if I can say that, living in comfort and in a peaceful place :|), but it doesn't change I wish it will end the sooner possible.

I haven't been paying attention to the war so much, but it has caused me to take a better look at what is going in the world. Big changes. I started reading Does America Need a Foreign Policy?[^] by Henry Kissinger. It's a stupid title, as it doesn't debate the question, but rather outlines historical and current global issues related to the US. Should be interesting. You're right though, the constant information overload is draining. Have a , put on some Maiden, and think about other stuff for a bit.:) BW "We get general information and specific information, but none of the specific information talks about time, place or methods or means..." - Tom Ridge - US Secretary of Homeland Security

I wonder how much happens that regular citizens will never fully know about. Thanks for the link. BW "We get general information and specific information, but none of the specific information talks about time, place or methods or means..." - Tom Ridge - US Secretary of Homeland Security

I saw it on the tube but try this http://www.greatestjeneration.com/archives/001133.php Richard In Italy for thirty years under the Borgias they had warfare, terror, murder and bloodshed but they produced Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci and the Renaissance. In Switzerland, they had brotherly love; they had five hundred years of democracy and peace and what did that produce? The cuckoo clock. Orson Welles
