Too much time on your hands?

I'm starting a GPL open project for a C# to native code compiler for windows and linux. The site for it, which is php-nuke driven, was only put up today and I'm looking for more people to work on the project. I'm thinking of using the ECMA C# specification to derive the implementation. And possibly integrating nasm for linking since it's free. This is a huge project and may never be realized. If you feel you are up to the task,(or just plain crazy) please email me or leave something on the forum.
