Use the replace method of the string object: var s = '<html>Baskar</html>'; var s2 = s.replace(/</g, 'b'); --- b { font-weight: normal; }

Hey Baskar, This is not a hardway you need to spend some money on it. you can get every thing even ISP name :-D but the challenge is ... the service is Paid. http://www.ip2location.net/[^] I wish the information i have given above will be usefull to you. and if you fine some other way doing the same thing do let me know . :)

Hi Baskar: Enabling/Disabling an ActiveX Control would be within Web-Browsers' security policy. We can query whether the ActiveX Control is loaded or active in JavaScript but we can not dictate it to be enabled or disabled. Baskar: CP Forum 'Lounge' normally does not take Programming Questions. You may like to post this question to 'WebDevelopment' forum rather. Also, regarding this query, you can only query the Active/DeActive status of ActiveX Programmatically, in JavaScript. Enabling/Disabling will be at the hands of IE Users/Administrators for security reasons.
