I came across an article today re/ mad cow disease. An hour or so later I was learning of the origins of QR Codes via Veritasium. Several minutes into the video it is stated mad cow disease is part of its history. Quite a coincidence. Even further I also read today an article re/ Rudy Giuliani. Quite a coincidence. I am rather proud to have read the Dragon book a rather terse tome a tough read at least up to the chapter re/ emitting code and to have performed all the exercises therein which is the only way I am confident of learning as I learned enough to implement an expression parser utilizing the work of Alan Holub. Only later did I learn I should have emitted code as running the parser w/o same was rather slow.

My understanding of the ripples / standing waves etc. is this refers to the field whose ripples give rise to a particle moving or not. When he stated earlier "... Higgs field makes the elementary particles vibrate at higher frequencies ..." I assumed he was referring to the field associated w/ the particle which does the actual vibrating not the particle itself. There must be better foo foo articles than this. Have you seen this one How the Higgs Mechanism Give Things Mass - YouTube[^] He's a bit above foo foo.

Codeium makes me laugh. It figures out even anticipates the boiler plate code I am attempting to write and does it for me. I can not but laugh in amazement. By the way am becoming proficient w/ Vim. Between Codeium and Vim I am sometimes surprised the code does not appear fully formed at a touch of one of Vim's magic buttons. By the way I have been watching TV series "StartUp". Close up shots of the great code reveals it to be nonsense and not even compileable. The producers should have asked Codeium for help.
