Where did this incident happen? which city? If you are a localite then no harm in approaching police. I have done so in a similar case in Pune, India and am still OK :-D. Btw.. Rs 1500 ~ $35

yes, i think this is a little long for a monitor... I had ordered a laptop and it took them 3 weeks.. and this was quick.. considering that they had to assemble it in Panang.. and ship it to India.. I hope it is worth the wait.. for me it was :)
