You could try putting the elements in a table with one row and one cell and putting a border on the table (or just putting a border on the element if it supports that).

Microsoft has encapsulated bluetooth communciation in their socket layer as an extension to Winsock. There are a few APIs also provided that have the name BluetoothXXX. Winsock would be your best bet on this. Or you would have to go very low level as Dave mentioned. «_Superman_»

I suspect you need the FlagsAttribute, but I'm still unclear on what you are trying to do.
