    C co7eguy

Hey all, I got stuck at this physics question. Looking for help. It's kinda hard, well for me at least. A stone is dropped into a well. The sound of the splash is heard 3.0s later. What is the depth of the well ? (Assume the speed of sound is 340m/s). When the rock drops, it goes uniform acceleration but when you hear the sound, it is uniform motion...That's the hard thing about the question. Too many unknowns for both equation. Am i missing something here? Thanks in advance

I was asking that in 1984, Feb 1 and Feb 29 occur on a Wednesday. When is the next time that will occur. By my method, I figured out that it will be Year 2012. Is my solution right ? I know my answer is because I looked it up on the calendar. lol.

Nevermind, I figured it out. Leap year occurs every 4 years and Wednesday comes after 7 days of the week. So 7x4=28. 28+1984=2012 But Thanks Anyways.:)

Ok, this kinda tickles but here it is. In 1984, Feb 1st was a Wednesday and so was the 29th of Febuary that same year. The next time this will happen is in Year 2012. What is the mathematical or logical explanation behind this?

Dude, I know the people don't think like that. The people think different. The media doesn't represent the general public, which is exacly opposite to it's purpose. It represents the interests of the US government. My point here is that by showing stuff like that, the people will start believing in to the non-sense they are trying to sell. News is a public service, not a product, thus shalt not be sold but should be done for the public. These days, it's for money. That is why news isn't good anymore.
