Complex numbers in C# -
Complex numbers in C#Everything runs on off the shelf pcs. That are 5+ years old. But on the other hand, the backups have backups. There's some really, REALLY old stuff in there that's custom built, but that's even more scary. That's it, I better stop before I bust some NDA and get SÄPO after my ass. =) // E

I don't like code reviewsYeah sorry, my comment was pretty OT. I really don't like codereviews either but they do serve a purpose, when they're done properly. Fussing over the name of a variable is not doing it properly. // E

Complex numbers in C#Not directly but a crash will cause an emergency stop. // E

Complex numbers in C#Ehm.. As a fellow swedish developer, I suggest you hide right now, because software I've written in C# is actually in a control room for a unnamed reactor. =)

I don't like code reviewsHow about double Value => Calculation() * (flag ? 1 : 2); Now you don't need to deal with any variable names. =) // E

WPF - why?!I'm currently working on a graphics intensive application as well. Redrawing using WPF took about 7 seconds. We're currently using a SharpDX based renderer instead and when we need to update ALL the primitives and redraw it takes about 25ms. WPF is based on Dx9(and needs to be updated to 12 tbh) so it shouldn't need to be this freaking slow!

database hellAm I the only one who's been so horribly mauled by working in ERP systems that this schema appears understandable and quite well structured? EDIT: Typo. Long day and tired.

Another email address!I created a spammail-website for this thing, in swedish. It's free and available to anyone if you want to try it - http://storastyggainternet.se. If you don't know swedish and want to try it, just send an email to <whateveryouwant>@storastyggainternet.se and get it at http://storastyggainternet.se/<whateveryouwant>. So now I have 2 "static" email, work and private, and 1 legacy(msn/msdn/live account). Works out fine. // Eric

LAMP vs .NETNot to nitpick, but this statement fails to convince me. For starters, the grammar is horrible(2 commas, no dots, u)... And why picking Linux, which might be free, would make you do a greater application than if you hosted the solution on Windows is beyond me.
