Yes, The best advice ever! I used 17" CRT for two years and it made my eyes RED by the evening now i use 19" TFT, and again my eyes are red at the evening :D :D :D :D

There are points that are very much true: 1) getting older and still working like shit/young/mad donkey :mad: 2) the need to move up or be underemployed is every present danger :doh: I.T business is not like any other business it changes it self faster than the season some one wake up some day and tell the world he has created a website where people can make a shit-online and next day and world start to make shit... but hay do we already make the shit? :laugh: :laugh: Being a geek in non-geek communities/countries make the I.T workers more pissed off and non-satisfied because people don't understand what programmers do by sitting 12 to 18 hours a day on same chair :suss: :omg: :^)

Hello, I face the same problem, but it is not weekly or monthly it is more of my daily dozz :doh: One of my friend who was studying ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE told me the cure which is slow but very affective: In the time of low/medium migraine or bearable headache: ======================================================== 1) get a normal tab water poor it on the back of the head skull just above the neck and rubb it or massage it lightly/gently. 2) If you are not wearing any perfume, put on a good perfume close to neck so can feel it in every breath. 3) if you are sitting on chair try to put your head bent back on the chair back in a complete relaxing position so your face will be towards the sky. 4) Now close your eyes and press your right hand thumb's nail (from top) with your left hand thumb and vice versa (with the amount of pressure that you can bear) just for 5 to 10 mins now keep your eyes close and try to take the perfume in your breaths I do this and i get relaxed in half an hour and this doze lasts for more than 24 hours with my brain. I hope if some one else tries it and find it useful.

well then you need to use memory stream as the source for the browser to read the html contents, but im not sure about this that either browser will read from this memory stream or not what else can be done is you embed the browser control (if IE) in your application and then try to send html text to that browser control programmically --------------------------- http://www.idlsol.com

what you mean by load file? if you mean you want to load the file in browser without creating on disk, well it can be done but with a trick like this: Read the file from db(access) into string variable and then write that string variable into a temp html file and execute that htmlfile in browser, and after loading the file into browswer (may be 1 or 2 second delay be required) delete that temp html file let see if this works :~ --------------------------- http://www.idlsol.com

I've installed active directory on both servers and both are domain controllers. so i have two different domains and domain controllers running in the network with different IP address scopte.
